Congrats to thexcheat (TXC) on Team 3 for being the last one to post. Now, while you all were participating in the challenge, a new shipment came in and trust me, it's worth it! To decide who gets to open it, we'll have one last competition for the day while you all eat your dinner. Our final challenge for the day is slightly similar to the last. You all are going to have to come up with 50 Reasons as to why the Wii owns and post it in the new thread I made. The person that makes the 10th, 20th, 30th, and 40th posts will earn points but the 50th poster will get something special for their team. Get going!

Mission Summary: Post in this thread: http://www.wiidebate.com/wiidebate-islan...1167.html. The 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and 50th posters will all earn points for their team.
Restrictions: No double posting. Anyone can post even if they're on the same team (this makes it to be more a challenge) and if you repeat something someone has already said, your team will LOSE POINTS.
Eligible Points: 20 per 10th Poster (Team 3 = Only 10 points) / "Special Prize" for the 50th Poster.

I point to the crate that is now situated on the dock. “You moved that big crate all by yourself?” max asked.

“Yep,” I reply.

“You must be buff or something,” small exclaims.

“Well, at least it’s you and not me,” Rocky says somewhat-silently so as to divert small’s attention from him to me.

“And here I thought he was weak,” Danny questions.

“Oh, I am. That’s why I had to use a forklift but I couldn’t operate it properly on the sand, obviously, so it was airlifted like 10 feet to the rock. XD Heh. Anyway, let me show you all what’s inside.”


I head over and pry open the crate. The sides of the boxes fall down and reveal…

“I can’t see! Sit down!!” Garis yells out.

“Then stand up, bozo,” Quinn says as I roll my eyes.

“What IS that?” Randomboy asks curiously.

“It looks like a shelter or a hut of some sort…” max answers.

“Close,” I reply. “It’s our new Trading Post.”


Some faces look confused, and some are smiling while and a dead silence sets in.

“Awkward…. So, what does it do, ‘Knuckles-san’,” Kudo asks.

“This is the first location on the Island where your team can exchange your points for some, how shall we say, ‘goodies’. Yeah, let’s leave it open for now.”

“We got dibs since we’re in the lead!” yells out TXC.

“Calm down, thexcheat. The trading post will be airlifted at night and I’ll be setting things up there. It’ll be located on D1 so I’ll be revealing that square for you on the map. Now, you all should get some shut eye. I got another surprise for you all in the morning. In the meantime, use the Discussion Thread to discuss everything that’s been happening so far and maybe what the Trading Post holds out for your team in the near future.”

Kudo interrupts. "But what about our team! We won!"
I reply: "Don't worry, I haven't forgotten you. Hold your suspense a little while longer.

Day 3 – 8:00 AM

“Morning everyone,” I say as I see everyone wide awake sitting on the logs on the beach.

“So, what have you got for us today, ks8?” Luigi asks curiously.

“Today’s challenge is very important. Something special may happen at the end of it. I don’t know if you’re all aware but I brought my Knuckles plushie to the island.”

“Aww… poor ks8 is addicted to his plushie. How sweet.” Quinn says sarcastically.

“Actually, it’s a collector’s item and I brought it for the sake of a challenge later on I was planning… but it’s gone missing somewhere on WiiDebate Island! I know for certain it’s scattered somewhere in the Ruins located near the middle of the jungle.”

“How convenient,” Garis replies.

“Indeed. You’ll see on the map where to find the Ruins. To get there, you can take one of the branching paths that lead there. I’ve revealed one that wasn’t known before on the map. The Ruins take part of squares E3, E4, E5 and C4 and the entire of D4 and D5. Now, you’ll all need to come with me to the ruins. I'll run on ahead. You are allowed to bring one of the items you see before you on the dock. Everyone choose your item."

"But what do they do?", RB asks.

"That, I can't say. You'll find out when the time is right. For now, someone on your team RUSH OVER and grab the item for your team (there's only one of each so choose carefully!!) The items are a FLASHLIGHT, a DECODER RING, and a MYSTERIOUS ORB. Now, choose your items or I'll pick for you. then we can head for the ruins.

"Great, everyone's chosen their team. So I'll run on ahead. you can journey through the main gate and meet me by the entrance of the ruins at D5. You can head straight there or explore ONE OTHER PART OF THE ISLAND BEFORE HEADING TO THE RUINS. You must be there in time or we'll head in without you. Post in the Team Discussion Thread and discuss amongst your team members if you're going to follow the main path or if you want someone else to explore a square while the others run on ahead. (Teams that don't post will be sent straight to the ruins). I'll see you there."
