I never realised... have yet to take MK:wii online... so how do you think nintendo fixed it?

They just delete them... Ive seen a couple of these cheaters.

Oh yeah? It's been like this here in NA too, TXC? Oh well, it's gone now so it's all good. At least they're monitoring the system which is REALLY great to see!

But how long do you think they'll monitor it for? and in my opinion just deleting the ghosts won't mean it's not gonna appear again... they need a harsher enforcemenr method... cos what about the people who monitor it? they're going to have holidays, and that may leave a vulnerable gap in which people will try to repost scores etc
