I just got a copy of Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. I fired it up, and discovered that the game isn't responding to any of the buttons I press. So, I'm stuck at the title screen.

I will give these details:

1. Batteries are full.
2. Wii Remote works everywhere else (I'm typing this on the Wii.)
3. The Wii Remote works with other games.
4. My copy of SR:ZG is brand new and hasn't been touched.

Help, anyone?

Never mind, found the solution.

There was a Nunchuk plugged into my second Wiimote. O_o

oh right done that before and got really worried when i wasnt moving on nunchuck xD

I was about to freak once I saw you might have returned it!!! Glad you figured it out before I was able to help.
READ THE MANUAL. People never do and they complain and all I do is tell them that I can't blame them for experiencing problems.

In one instance, this guy had a simialr problem, returned the game twice and was experiencing the same problem. The "idiot" didn't read in the manual that if the GC Controller is plugged into the first slot, only the Remote's Power button and Home button will work. <_<

That happened to me too O_o

seriously people never read the instruction books....do you ever learn?(no ofense meant)

BTW, my second Wiimote only had one battery in it, so I thought it didn't work.
