I'll agree with you there. They haven't delivered as well as they could have when they first revealed it but I'm thankful that third-party titles are using it extensively, much more than Nintendo is tbh (even despite "sharing" high-scores in Galaxy, that's little compared to what other companies are doing).

Thats not really WiiConnect24 though is it?
WiiConnect24 is about content specifically for your Wii, where'as thats stuff that the game creators involve into thier games, not something that nintendo have made, so you can use, for instance the DS Demo's and such that may be comming to us sometime soon, although most likely not for a while, thats the sort'a stuff that is more expected of WiiConnect24.

^ True but it takes advantage of the WiiConnect24 service. It ultimately does more use for the console/gamers than the features Nintendo is implementing but as you said, with the Everybody's Nintendo Channel, things may be looking up.

I just hope they release it over here sometime soon, i mean, nintendo could do more with the WiiConnect24.

I mean they could give out release dates for games each month, offer updates or even send us video/exclusive previews with this system. I'm not sure if the everybody's nintendo channel will offer this. If it doesn't, since all i know is it will offer demo's, then it's a shame, because this is something most fans want, to be updated on whats happening with certain games and such, even online sites don't update you all the time, and takes alot longer to get the information, i mean the news service could offer you a Wii/Ds or even Nintendo News section with updates for nintendo only, but they don't do that, which is a major shame.

It's probably because nintendo are working hard on WiiWare [Released in a month now] Since they want to get this up, even with the already 100 games developed for it. And working on everybody's nintendo channel and everything else for the future. But they could of added more WiiConnect24 Updates like that.

News Channel is almost useless to me. And yeah, things will get better with ENC coming up.

Well, if it is, they have plans to release it over here, but it's no where near ready to be released, hell japan at the moment even have a new channle that was released last month. I hate not being out in japan because we get left behind, but i guess it's how it goes.

Agreed. I don't see how it's not convenient, especillay when it requires little-to-no effort on your part... save for activating it.

And it's getting used a lot more than it once was. I think they're beginning to find better uses for it slowly but tbh, third-party companies are taking greater advantage of it than Big N themselves when you think about it, but since games like MKWii, things are looking up.

I guess so, if your into that sorta game, or can get ahold of it.
