It's a matter of over-pricing, Garis. Not a matter of being "cheap".
I take purchases seriously and I don't blow money like other people, mainly because money is/has always been tight for me.
Nintendo should take their demographic into bigger consideration and take into account those of the "casual demographic" who don't come from high-income families, people like myself.

RE: Does pricing of some WiiWare titles need change?
People always have a feeling games are over-priced, however they normally price the game depending on how much the size of the game is, how big it is and how much playability it has left over.
Obviously taken this into account this is how they usual price the games.
But i'm also guessing because of this, nintendo and the company that made the game getting the profits, it wouldn't supirse me if half the time nintendo can only price them to a minimum of something like £5 as, if they didn't they wouldn't make any money at all most likely.

Yeah, this is probably true.
The only games i'm gonna pay for are the ones that are actual games. The FF game i'll pay for, but I don't see the point in paying for games that are just mini-games.

The pricing does need to change, it needs to be altered depending on the size of each game that it released, and altered depending on playability and lifespan.
For instance, they probably have alot of cheaply made games, that if people buy it, even though it'll cost them something like £10, then it'll be silly, because it costs them £10 yet they buy a game that is so cheap they make a profit after a few hundred sales, plus most likely they will sell them at a minimum budget of £5.

But some have misconceptions about how "playable" a game really is because they developed it. I mean, think about it. How "replayable" is Dr. Mario? It's not that replayable to warrant a 1000-point price tag. But I tend to focus on that too much.
Think about Star Soldier R, then. 800 points for, supposedly, only 2 levels and about three other modes.

I think people liked one of his old games so it'll most likely sell anyway.

RE: Does pricing of some WiiWare titles need change?
Actually, someone I know at school is big on Dr. Mario and they'd blow 1000 on the WiiWare version instantly if they had a Wii. I told him it's coming to WiiWare and he seemed... semi-excited. He'd be more stoked if he had a Wii, as I said.
But yeah, I see 1000 for DMVB as a rip-off also. Then again, so far, all Nintendo titles are 1000 so..
