You mean the pay to play thingy? I think it's stupid, especially if they're going to keep stuff like friendcodes.

I think it's a great idea for it finally be coming. Many were complaining about not having DLC and now that it's here, it's ironic that people are so qucik to find fault with the system already.

It certainly opens up great opportunities and I for one am very supportive of it, so long as it doesn't interfere with my online experience with MKWii (which it won't), I'm good. ;)

There's a high chance ACWii will have DLC but maybe even require payment to go online (a whole online community maybe! :o)

Pay-to-Play is horribly named. It just sounds like your giving them money for something that should be free, which is not the case.

DLC is always good (better when its free), but I don't see that huge of a base for DLC on the wii.
Game types like Guitar Hero and Rock Band won't be getting any DLC simply because the wii's hard drive space is way too small.

Almost every single DLC on PSN and LIVE take up more space then the wii even has.

I don't know what Nintendo is going to do exactly (most likely fake DLC, where everything is already on the disk, and you just pay to unlock it), but I hope they make it good.

Well said. I'm curious to see how far they'll go also considering the limits of the current hard drive.

It's good and bad at the same time. I mean, it seems like in the end we will be buying more points just so we can susposedly add extra's to the current game. It seems like a microsoft rip-off in my opinion.

Having both a Wii & a Xbox360, Microsoft already have this sort of system, you can download extra's in some cases new missions, others New chracters to use and such like that. It would feel like it is a basic rip-off idea of theres.

Then again it depends on whether they will make you use points or not to pay for it, or whether it will be different types of downloads, i guess time will tell.

I do support this idea, as extra's should be charged for since it is not apart of the original full game, however people will always moan that it should be free, as everyone wants something for nothing.

Hence why people love the Wii Stars - Wii Points system.

As they say, if something was perfect, no one would complain, but if something was perfect, then our existence would be meaningless as we'd have completed everything that meant something to our life.

Plus people are just overly greedy.

I meant the default Wii memory. Don't worry. No news on that yet. ;)
