I found this problem too - its because there's dirt inside!
all you need to do is buy a disk cleaner and the solution and let in run in there a few times and it should work!
If not, I suggest sending it back to Nintendo so they can have a look at it.
systems can get very dusty inside if not taken care of!

That's the solution i offered... and we haven't heard any response of it now working, so it's safe to assume that it is fixed.
It's also recommended that you take good care of your discs. I never touch the bottom surface of the disc, and i always keep them in the cases... so keeping a good laser, and a clean disc help to keep your system healthy
