well the commodore 64 will be added to the virtual console by the end of the year in europe, i am sure it will be added to the NA virtual console as well, i think 500 points is a little bit too much to ask for, i wonder if there is any games worth downloading from this system.

500 points too MUCH :s, its an N64 Game :S

umm commodore 64 is a system that debuted before the NES not a game, i wasn't sure if you were joking or not.

i really wasnt, but once i read the source, i realized how wrong i was :S, but yeah i agree £3.50 for games that are 26 years old seems a bad move, even the NES seemed incredibly pricey..

Come on, Nintendo. Quit adding bad systems and get on to the good stuff: namely, DreamCast!

Well, they wouldn't be NES calibre, no doubt, but more like simple 2D I guess. Think Pong, most likely. XD

I have a C64. Pong is fun!! Multiplayer is VERY well made!!

I looked up some of the games. Certainly NOT worth 500 Points. That's a ridiculous asking price. 200 or 300 maybe. That'd also be great for those who have "spare points" lying around. Some titles that may be worth looking into include Bubble Bobble but why bother when it's already on the NES, sporting better... everything. XD

I fail to see their rationale behind adding the Commodore 64. In any case, it assures us that more consoles are indeed on their way!

Australia and Europe get C64 in their next update! :o
