If you ahve the extra money, go out and buy Alvin and the Chipmunks for 19.99 at Future Shop.
Bring it to EB Games, Microplay, or even Blockbuster and ask to trade it in and I'm sure you'll get $30 at least. You can make some profit this way from the $30 savings FS offers (and has offered for like two weeks now).
I'm going to call a couple of places and ask how much they'd give me for it (if I was to buy it; I won't SAY that I might buy it, obviously) and I'll post them here for those interested.

Yeah, see. If you sell it, I heard you can get about $35 for it. I'm going to call Blockbuster or EB Games to see how much they offer. I haven't bought it and I won't but still, just so I'm aware and so you guys are aware as well.
