Clearly, it's a problem with your router and as such, I can't be of much assistance.
I remember seeing in the Instruction Manual a recommendation for what channel to use and some troubleshooting tips regarding this. If you're not too lazy like everyone else is, it may be worth looking into.

I got this error once. For me, it was a temp problem. The next day, my Wii and DS were WiFied again.
